Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we only ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How much does delivery cost?
UK – FREE Standard delivery on all mainland UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class
USA – £25.40 - Standard delivery via UPS / DHL
Worldwide –
£16.90 - Standard delivery via DPD
£19.10 - Express delivery via DPD
What shipping carriers do you use?
UK - Royal Mail 1st Class
USA & Worldwide - UPS / DHL / DPD
You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, and then will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries are also dispatched within 1-2 working days but can take anywhere from 3-16 days to arrive after that.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns
Can I return my order?
The number one aim is that customers love their prints, but if you do need to return an order, I'm happy to help. Just email directly and you'll be taken through the process.
You have 30 days from receipt of your delivery to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are returned unused and in the original condition they were received.
Refund processing time: 14 days

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I get my product personalised?
It depends on the print in question, please email me at sara@saramulvanny.shop and I will see what is possible.
Can I get a print in a different size?
I'm currently looking at expanding the size options for all prints. Larger options may be possible on certain designs, please email me at sara@saramulvanny.shop to discuss.
I would like to commission to create an illustration, how can I do this?
